Of the two times I've had work done, both experiences have been great. They will take the time to answer questions about what needs to be replaced and explain it in plain English in a very respectful manner. In other convesations that I've had with them, they had suggested contacting the dealership as the issue may have been covered under warranty. I did and it was not, but just the fact that they made this suggestion tells me that is it more important to build trust with their customers instead of adding revenue to their bank account.

My old clunker didn't pass one of the newest emissions tests. They fixed the car, took it to the emission testing site -- it passed, and gave me the paperwork. I didn't have to take time out of my day to make the second trip to the emissions site -- I really appreciated that extra effort.

I've always owned cars that were over 8 years old. Sometimes I can do minor repairs myself but for bigger stuff I have to take it to a garage. I feel they do good work and have had 3 different cars repaired there several times over the past 6 years. Sometimes repair takes longer than the estimate given and they have never offered loaner car, so I'm not sure if they have them, but to be fair I've never asked.
