Eric Otten owns the place and is absolutely great to work with. Subarus Forester had a blown head gasket (1999 EJ25 engine) and he fixed it only to find it was the dreaded cracked block. Got another engine. It had a blown head gasket and the heads could not be torqued properly. We got another engine under warranty on the first one. Now it works great. Eric incurred lots of extra labor that he covered under the warranty for the initial head gasket work. Absolutely excellent shop to work with. Any and all delays encountered were in getting the parts for the repairs. Highly recommended as fair and honest mechanics. He also works a lot on much older American cars. There's always something very interesting (as in nice and show quality) being worked on. I'm not the only person that thinks this guy is great...

They always give sperate written estimates on work that you ask about or they think should be done in the future. Work is always done on time with very quick turn around.
