There strength is helping to anticipate future costs, how to help minimize those costs and give a resonable timeline for when the repair/maintence should be complete. the price of the repair/maintenance is always resonable. Not cheap - fairly priced for the product. There service manager has a sense of humor similiar to the car talk guys. So the cost doesn't hurt as much.

They have ALWAYS been honest with me. They will get me in when I indicate it is important. They are not cheap, but fair. I really believe they want you back. They have always been proactive on what to anticipate in the future. If funds are tight (often)they will prioritize stressing safety items first. I drive 30 miles to their place to avoid any problems with other service stations that might lurk between home and their shop. The reason I drive Ford and Mercury is because of the service dept. The good news is over the years my cars have not needed much except maintenance stuff like brakes, tires, etc. They have always been great!
