I needed a new catalytic converter. Instead of just repairing it and billing me for it, they recommended I go to the dealer and check if it was still under warranty. It was, so they saved me big bucks by being honest.

Chuck and his gang have always done a great job on our cars. They remind us of upcoming preventative maintenance, tell us when something is or isn't worth fixing, and have always been a pleasure to deal with.

Chuck has been most helpful in all aspects of car care and maintenance. When necessary, they have loaners which gets me on my way. I really respect their treatment of customers, especially no bias toward male or female. I get to see them interact when I am waiting for an oil change. Everyone seems to like them. They stand behind their work. My Chrysler has 220,000 miles on it and probably thanks to them.
