Takes the time to know his customers. Friendly and helpful, always willing to stop what he's doing and answer a question or take a quick look at something. He also has an excellent mechanic working for him who has been with him for many, many years. Ralph will not hesitate to go out of his way for his customers. If there is one complaint, it's that he can be very busy and it is often not easy to get an appointment as soon as you would like.

Ralph is honest and does an excellent job, and he grumbles the whole time he works on my new beetle. I drive 18 miles to see him because I no longer live in town. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Because Ralph does agood job, he is quite busy and it takes time to get an appointment for routine work. However, he will do his best to fit in an emergency. And when it is impossible to get you in, he has referred me to another competent mechanic in the area.
