Steve and Tracey are very friendly and easy to talk to. They will take however much time is necessary to explain the situation to you and answer any questions you may have no matter who you are or how busy they are at the moment. They do an excellent job of recommending service or preventative maintenance that you may need without pushing it on you. They leave the decision completely up to you. I have the utmost confidence that they and their staff are fully qualified to tackle any isse that may arise. Also, they have worked on just about any car you can imagine. One of their regular customers is a collector and has vehicles as varied as Lamborghini and Ferrari to a six- wheeled Swiss military vehicle. Sometimes it is just worth stopping by to see what they are working on. If they can get parts for it, they can fix it.

At 130,000 miles I took the car to them saying it probably needs new shocks by now. They checked it and said no, they're fine, and sent me home, no charge.
