These are the most honest and among the most competent mechanics I have encountered over the past 35 years. Owners Ron and Gary are actively involved in all aspects of the business. Shop is clean, employees pleasant. Key reflection of their shop: many of their customers are folks over 60 years old who have been trusting them for years. Wish I had as much faith in my doctors as I do these guys.

Very professional, they only repair what is needed, will tell you what you might need in the future, never pressure you into anything, very little turnover of staff, is a family owned business for many years. I recommend the place to whoever needs their car repaired.

I am a diehard do-it yourselfer, except for tire replacement/ alingments, I do all of the repairs on our family vehicles, which are 13 & 14 years old (we've owned them since new). I do the repairs mainly because we've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, you know how it works. So it was a big deal for me to let someone else do the work. I asked around and these guys have agood reputation. I was really anxious, the car was running really rough, sounded bad, to make it worse the problme was intermittent. With a new baby and house this was no time for a big repair or a new car. Compeltely frustrated, I gave in and decided I need help from a mechanic. Felsings met with me, asked some questions about the symptoms, and got my car in the next day. They gave me a estimate based on running a diagnositc test, and stuck to it, agreeing to call after the test. Early the next day I got a phone call, one of those fancy platinum spark plugs, (with 32K miles on it) had failed. Summary: very honest, competent, reasonably priced, and quick. They actaully charged less than the original estimate. And yes, I felt like an idiot for having overlooked the plugs. My poor uncle is turning in his grave.

I have taken one of our cars to Felsings twice. Soon, I will take it there a third time. I liked the fact that the business has been in the family for a long time and they appear to taake pride in their establishment. They have been extremely courteous. Felsings also gave me a list of what was good in my car, and what may need to be looked at in the not toodistant future. I happen to be extremely lucky to live close enough that I can drop off my car and walk home.
