My usual repair shop in Brookfield said I needed a new fuel injector, they had tried to clean it with air pressure without success, so I needed a new one at cost of $468. I went to Freistadt Auto, and Mr. Weeks said you rarely have to replace the injector, and they took it out and cleaned it with cleaning solvents. Charged only $79.95!! Saved me $388 on this one visit alone. He also told me what to add to fuel to avoid this problem in future. Have had some difficult problems with my Grand Am, and it took hours to diagnose why it wouldn't start, and one other time my computer didn't recognize my key in the ignition, so it wouldn't start which took quite a while to find out. They charged me a reasonable rate, not by the hour-this was a real $$ saver too. They are WELL worth the drive as I live on the east side of Milwaukee. Check them out--

The owner and employees of this shop are HONEST, hardworking people. An example: I brought my used BMW to them with a coolant leak days after I bought it. They brought it in, located the leak, recommended I take the car back to the dealer for repairs for NO CHARGE. If I had taken it to my local BMW dealer for the same service, it would have cost a fortune. These guys are great.
