We have been using DuBois Auto Clinic for over twenty years. They are an honest and reliable auto repair. If they find an additional problem, they'll contact you about it. We once had a vehicle in for a repair and in their routine checking they found a brake problem. We were contacted right away and the said they couldn't, in good conscience, let the vehicle leave the shop with that condition.

Brought my Honda CRV in to DuBois to have an alternator replaced. They told me they work on Hondas "all the time". Dropped it off the night before. At 5 PM the next day (why so late?) the mechanic was trying to put it back together. Seemed like he was having trouble with something. I was told they were closing and I could have the car back, but the hood could only be opened from underneath the car! Was told by the front desk person that "these things happen". Brought it in again and they fixed the problem, but they told me I had a bad a/c compressor. Brought it to my dealership instead and they found out it was the water pump. I feel these folks might know some sorts of cars, but I don't trust them to work on my Honda. Also, their slogan that "we treat you like family" is really hard to believe. It sounded so absurd it was comical.
