The women at Sears rule. One of my tires blew out, so I replaced my two rear tires. The woman working with me explained everything I could ever want to know about tires. I picked out a brand that wasn't in stock, so she recommended comparable tires that were actually less expensive! From there, I walked to the coffee shop, and by the time I finished my latte, my car was done.

I went to get my brakes checked on my Prizm, as the previous day Tires Plus told me I needed new front brakes. I doubted I needed new front brakes as I had new ones installed a few thousand miles before, but the previous owner told me I might need new back brakes soon. I went to Sears Auto Center for the first time and asked them to check my brakes. Sears stated there was nothing wrong with my front brakes, but I did need back brakes. I authorized them to install the back brakes and was very satisfied with the price, service, and satisfaction of doing business with them.
