We live about 5 hours away from Eagle River and my Subaru broke down in a store parking lot on a Friday morning. After having a couple of good samaritans stop to try to help (the people in Eagle River are great!) we determined that I needed more than a jump start. One of my samaritans recommended Parsons. I got a tow into Parsons and they determined that my alternator was bad. They were booked solid but gave us a ride to the cabin we were staying in, which was about 15 miles away. They weren't sure they could finish us in that day but said they would be finished for sure by Saturday morning. Well they finished at 5:00 Friday and sent a shuttle to get us so we could pick up the car. We really appreciated that they took care of us so well when we were stranded. Everyone we talked to was very concerned and extremely helpful. I'd recommend these people to anyone.
