This is a two person operation just jim and his wife. I have never felt so at ease with somebaody working on my car as I do with jim!! For all you british car owners in washington he is worth calling with any problem. More than once jim went out of his way to fix somthing or explain in detail why a particular part needed replacement. Rest assured that they will always have a smile on there face and go the extra mile.

Jim Faulconer and his wife Roxanne (Rocky) are a wonderful team. They will find and solve your problem on your British car without a doubt. Jim's experience as a mechanic for the Jaguar racing team gives him the background an knowledge to solve just about any problem. Rocky provides the expertise in interior and finish work and together they can rebuild a complete car from the ground up. I recommend them to anyone that has a British car that needs anything from normal maintenance to a complete rebuild.
