I have never actually dealt one-on-one with these guys, but my husband has. He says the owner is a very trustworthy guy, and easy to talk with. They have always given us a very fair price and are flexible on dropping off and picking up. You can fill out a form, drop it in their mail slot and just drop off your car any time of day or night. We have yet to use this, but they have free towing if your car is not drivable. Highly recommended - we've never had a problem with them.

I recommend this place to everyone I know and will continue to do so. I know that when I take my car in to be fixed, it will be cheaper than the dealer, and the problem will be fixed. I took my minivan in one time, because the chain on the door had broken, and the door would not open and close. I had called the dealer and was quoted around $200. I knew the guys at Wrench N Time would fix the problem and, because they are located a block from my house, I would be able to be flexible when they finished the job. So, I drove in and asked for an estimate. After looking at the chain for a minute, the guy told me that he might be able to fix the problem with a zip tie. ten minutes, and less than $5 later, I drove out with a fixed door. The fix is still working two years later. They could have charged me a couple hundred dollars, and I never would have known. Instead, they charged me about 4 bucks and change and gained a lifetime customer who is not shy about sending her friends their way.

They were extremely helpful at this shop. All of the issues with my car were clearly explained to me, and what I was quoted was what I paid, well, actually it was two dollars less than quoted. They were amazingly friendly and have made a customer for life. They are Vancouver's best auto repair secret.
