I am a complete dunce when it comes to cars, especially transmissions. The shop could have taken me for large sums of money and I wouldn't have known. One of my vehicles had a slow drip of transmission fluid, the dealership wanted to charge me $1600. Come to find out, it was a leaky gasket that Dean's replaced for 1/10th the dealer's estimate. They work 2 shifts and their lifts are always occupied when I pass by before and after work. They service taxis, delivery vans, etc. And THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPUTERS in the entire shop.

They went out of their way to make sure my car's transmission was fixed, even after their warranty had expired. They are the highest recommended transmission shop in my opinion. Excellent customer service.

They have worked on my car three times and have always been great. When they fixed my clutch, and I thought it needed to be loosened a little, they said, "Sure! Bring her on in". They are wonderful. They are so good that I like to bring them brownies.
