I have been taking my cars and trucks to these irrasable cusses for 15 years. I have actually grown to enjoy my conversations when telling them what is wrong. They can take my descriptions and then run with them to fix. I am not a car technophile, but they interpret real well. They really are long of tooth, but you always wonder about that as you see their shop is immaculate, neat and well equipped. I can't remember taking a vehicle back to them, for the same problem, wih the exception of a parts failure. They took care of it promptly. Having dealt with them for so long, and always being satisfied makes me biased. I have referred my friends and family and they too have been happy with the results. When you get there, don't think you will find Mr. Goodwrench. You will find his teachers.

I have been very satisfied with the shop. They are all about making the customer absolutely happy and have come in with the best estimate both times I needed a shop. As I female, mechanics can be hard places to deal with but they never made me feel uncomfortable or taken for a ride. They ain't pretty, but they are honest!

Rich and his boys are excellent! I highly recommend them. Take a seat and have a chat with Rich, while munching on popcorn. He always has something enlightening to share, and he will never BS about issues with your car. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
