Moe is very reliable. He worked at another Saab shop before opening his own garage, which he operates with his wife. We have an 1985 900S which we have owned for 12 years. It has 245,000 miles on it. Moe says 300,000 should not be a problem. Moe worked on our Saab at another Saab garage (which we quit going to when Moe left). We were thrilled to find he had opened his own place. He always takes the time to describe the work he has done, and also suggest preventive maintenance. When the car has a problem, he does the diagnostics, and tells us how to fix it along with the estimate for his work. I love this guy. I wish he worked on other cars, because although I love my old Saab, this is the last one I will ever buy. I would rather light myself on fire than buy anything with the stink and taint of General Motors on it.

I almost wished I owned a SAAB (as funny looking as they always have been ) so that I could take my car to Moe's on a regular basis. I say this because I was very very impressed with him when my two-year old Ford Ranger 4X4 broke down in front of his shop a couple years back with a bad transmission. He could have easily said "Sorry Guy, I only do SAAB's", but instead he took the time to diagnose the problem, and was honest enough to tell me that although he could fix it, the issue was serious enougth that he thought I should take it to a Ford dealer. Turns out the issue was with a known flaw in the transmission that Ford fixed for free and even paid the towing. When I tried to pay Moe for the couple hours he had spent helping me out, he wouldn't take anything.

Although the shop location is out of the way for me, I know that the good service and savings make it worth the trip. Moe's always gives me a straight answer and can get me refurb parts for my old Saab.

I have been taking my '87 Saab 9000S to Moe for many years. He has always done a great job with it, uses used (cheaper) parts when appropriate, and does work on Saturdays. Although it has over 200000 miles, it is still going strong, thanks to Moe.

I bought a used Saab dirt cheap and brought it to Moe's for a thorough check. He was honest, up-front, pointed out things that needed to be fixed, could be fixed, and could be safely ignored. He charged next to nothing for several hours of work and was great to work with. I asked for a list of stuff to have repaired over the next year to make it a top-notch used vehicle. He gave me the list, with a rating of what was most to least important. I've taken it back and worked down the list taking care of the items as I have time and money and couldn't be happier!

I have used Moe for multiple Sabbs for everything from minor noises to a full engine rebuild. His work has always been prompt, high quality and reasonably priced. After Moe's engine rebuild the car ran like new. Moe's is the greatest.
