Aaron and "the guys" will bend over backwards (figuratively, of course) to get me in when there's an emergency. (Like when mice chewed up my battery cables and built a nest in my air filter. Of course, they've never let me forget this, either...) My daughter left her lights on at the park-n-ride two blocks away. Dead battery when she got off the bus from work! She walked to the shop and asked for help. They took their equipment over and charged her battery... at NO CHARGE! Good friendly people... have been in the community for many years... actively involved in civic organizations... and respectful of all clients, including us women!

I, being somewhat mechanically inclined, spent 2 weekends working on my truck with no success. It was definitely the carburetor causing the problem and after rebuilding the thing for the third time, I threw in the towel. I used this web site and discovered Warren Secord Automotive. After examination, they too determined it was the carburetor that was the problem and we agreed the best fix was to replace it. I picked up my car on a Friday being dropped off and left believing I would be able to drive myself home. Two blocks from the shop I found myself walking back and explaining that my car had died, again. They sent the mechanic down the road and he too was unable to revive it. Being left behind at the shop with no way home, Aaron threw me the keys to their shop truck and told me it was mine until they got my truck running properly. The problem ended up being more than just the carburetor and a rather obscure problem no one in the shop had ever encountered. They had to keep my truck for almost a week to pin down the problem and were adamant about wanting to keep it to ensure it was running properly before releasing it back into my hands. During this entire time I was allowed to continue driving their company truck,(which was greatly appreciated). Once I got my truck back it was running great, better than ever before and I wasn't charged for the extra effort they had to put into my vehicle. After initially having some doubts about their work, they turned me around and made me a believer in their shop. I will return and recommend this shop to others.

I have used this shop through several cars and a variety of repairs. Whether the problem is simple maintenance or whether the car is towed in (like after the water pump froze up everything and the car stopped), they are responsive and seem to do their best to explain what the problems are and repair in a competent and timely manner. As a woman with no knowledge of cars, I would be easy to take advantage of. However, when nothing significant is wrong, they have told me so and fixed the "rattle" or "groan" without charging me excessively. They call to explain the problem and get approval before doing the work. On one occasion, I thought the charges were a lot for what they did, but overall I have been very pleased with the service and always try to take my cars there when possible. Aaron and the staff are friendly and I would highly recommend this shop to people in the Kent area.

The staff are always upfront and honest concerning repairs and price. Aaron has even advised against repair, for fear that the car just wouldn't last. We definately recommend this shop.

I have two Taurus cars that have been serviced here for problems other than general maintenance. I have always been satisfied with their prognosis and workmanship.

I've been a customer at Warren Secord for over 4 years and have always been pleased with their service and expertise. They make going to the repair shop about as pleasant as an experience as it can be, and are always helpful and honest. Bill has been especially great to work with, and has done a tremendous job keeping both of my vehicles road worthy. I made the mistake of going to another outfit a few months ago and they recommended over $1500 worth of repairs. I called Bill and took the vehicle to him - he went over everything top to bottom and walked me through it step by step. The end result was only a $120 repair bill and a vehicle that's been running like a top for more than 11,000 miles. This is a shop you can have faith in. Please note, some websites still list their old Meeker St. address, they're now on Washington Ave N in Kent.

I'm a big fan. They're honest. They tell you what is critical and what can be deferred. They're fair and friendly.

The new waiting room is great. My kids can play in the new play area, and there are always new magazines to read. I go there every time for service and to get the car checked out before a road trip. I feel like I am visiting friends. Bill and Michael are the nicest guys. I have received shuttles before so can still do my day. If you want a shop where you can feel listened to and you can trust the work that is recommended, this is the shop. They go out of their way.
