I was considering a purchase of a Chryslor Lebaron and brought the vehicle in to Beetlesmith for a buyers inspection. Within an hour's time the shop checked out just about every inch of the car's systems and equipment. They found about a dozen areas of concern including worn brakes, evidence of recent transmission work (non OEM sealant), etc..etc. Most significantly though, inspection found low compression in the #3 cylinder. They advised me to keep looking..this one is a lemon. But, my wife really didn't want to part with the thing. So I took the inspection report back to the used car dealership and broke the news to them that this car's engine was shot. The car dealer was speechless when I told him that I still wanted to buy that car; on the condition that I name the price: Blue book minus $2500 to offset what I figured on spending to replace the engine. The car salesman anxiously agreed. He immediately shuffled me over to another salesman who was anxious to sell me a prorated warrentee that covered all lubricated parts. The next day I executed the warrentee to have the engine repaired on their dime. Within a week I cancelled the warrentee, collecting all but $50 of it. Thanks to the thorough buyer's inspection by Beetlesmith Valley Auto, I was able to negotiate a fair price for a vehicle purchase. Thanks to the overzealous warrentee salesman, the deal turned into a windfall purchase me.

I have a 1984 Mustang with a carburetor. Yes, a carburetor, you remember those from your formative years! Anyway, Beetlesmith consiteny repairs the many defects that manifest themselves in my 24 year old car (which are many). They actually know how to set up a carburetor, which seems to be a lost art these days. They do it right, the first time, at a fair price. The only real negative about them is that they are so popular it is hard to get an appointment sometimes.
