Ken is great! He always honestly repaired my car(s)at very reasonable prices. Many a time, my Hornet would arrive with a minor poblem that Ken would fix right then and there for free! Someone at the shop is always willing to give me a ride somewhere or pick me up to retrieve my car. When my Cutlass reached retirement, Ken advised me on the purchase of my "new" used car for free! His advise, in part, lead me to the purchase of my Hornet which successlly moved across the country with me! Ken's honest work is seriously the only thing from Pullman that I miss!

This is the most honest mechanic I've met other than my own father. Ken takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car, and keeps working on it until he finds out what's wrong. He has done small repairs (such as fixing my stereo antenna wiring as well as various rattles and hums) for free. He has never talked down to me as a female customer, and treats young, mechanically-illiterate customers with respect and fairness. When I've priced repairs with other mechanics in Pullman, I've generally found that Pro-Tech does repairs for the best price by far. I'm moving and hope I can find a mechanic half this good where I'm going.

A real shop that isn't afraid to take you under the lift and show you want is going on. I especially like that Ken is the guy you deal with from start to finish, rather than getting checked in and out by some person who didn't even work on your car. Ken will also top off your windshield fluid free between oil changes. A nice touch during the dirty winter months.

Absolutely honest and competent mechanic. Doesn't fix what isn't broken, or what doesn't really need to be fixed to keep vehicle safe and functional (we have older used cars). Nearly all our repairs have been fixed right the first time. A few items, like misbehaving AWD system, took a couple visits for him to get the problem nailed because the car wasn't acting up for him. However, he told us up front that he couldn't really find anything wrong, despite the symptoms we had experienced. You know how it is, misbehaving car acts fine for the mechanic! There was also a leaky power steering hose that he repaired and the repair failed after a few months. We brought it back and he fixed it at no cost to us. It's been fine ever since. Kid friendly waiting room. We have been going to see him for 3 cars and seven years now. Our friends have all been happy with him, too.
