Mark and Roger are cheerful, honest, and competent. The best garage in Port Townsend.

This shop is very professional, competent and affordable. They have worked me into their schedule at the last minute and came in below their estimate. As a woman, I have never felt "taken advantage".

Auto Works has taken care of our sometimes difficult 2001 PT Cruiser, and has proven very flexible in dealing with 2005 Sprinter Van, which is well outside the mainstream for local shops. They are great on communication, flexible, keep up-to-date with their service equipment, and deliver what they promise. They have also told me directly when they thought they couldn't handle a problem efficiently (Chrysler seems to have a prejudice about allowing independents to have some parts and tools.)I have great confidence when I leave a car with Auto Works.
