They've worked on my Honda a few times. I've always been pleasantly surprised by the bill. They've actually talked me out of doing things that we're un-needed. (i.e. replacing the carbuerator when rebuilding it would do.) Their only drawback is their popularity; there's usually a week or so wait to get an appointment. They also do nice things like offer to drive me to work (about 3 miles away) after dropping off my car.

I've taken my cars to Crossons Auto for about 18 years. I've always been very pleased with the results. They are very busy and generally have to schedule far in advance but, in emergency situations, they make every effort to get you in quickly. In my opinion you can't go wrong with them.

Takes the time to answer questions. Also provides do-it- yourselfers helpful information. Charlie is a very knowledgable mechanic and trustworthy as well.
