I've owned Volvos and had them serviced & repaired here for more than 10 years. One story should demonstrate their character. At that time, one of my cars was a leased 740. After the normal warrantyhad expired something went wrong (I honestly can't remember exactly what it was), and Sergio told me to take it to the dealer because it was covered under the warranty. I told him I was past the warranty period/mileage and he should go ahead with the repair. He told me "But this particular system has a longer warranty than the general warranty and it's still covered. It's about $600 and I'll be glad to do it if you insist". He could have relieved me of $600 and I would never have been the wiser. Enough said? NOTE: Do not confuse them with the similarly named Continental Motors in Lake City.

Milan is very kind and honest, he looks for the best solution to the problem in every case. The only fault that I can see is that he doesn't want to spend the customers money for needless parts. He will let me know one or two visits in advance of certain items that will need attention, such as brakes, timing belts, the major service items. This helps with the budget and takes the surprise out of the more expensive maintenance items.
