In addition to being a biased customer, Chuck Fitch (founder, owner and operator) is my father. Dad started OVS, Inc. around 1967 and is a highly respected member of Kirkland's business community. He is hightly competand, honest and fair and demands the same of his employees. They are constantly updating their certifications and automotive educations and are simply the best. I know this because, in the persuit to save a little dinero (no, i don't get a discount), have tried other mechanics and have received services ranging from sloppy (grease on the carpet and steering wheel - yuck!) to "oh, my god, what have you done to my car!?" One guy even told my husband that the MG they had just repaired and been paid $400 for and immediately died in the intersection 50-feed away from the front door, that it wasn't their problem (and laughed). Anyway, that's my recommendation.
