called on short notice and was given appointment that afternoon. at shop, thoroughly explained repair needed: replace rear pads and rotors on 2002 s40. pad backing was shown to be contacting the rotor; showed worn rotors. promised work done in 1 1/2 hours; called complete in 1 hour. shown removed parts and they were as initially described: worn beyond service limits. pleasant service rep and mechanic. very clean, comfortable waiting room with coffee, popcorn and plenty of car magazines. shop area very clean and organized. impressive!!

This shop was recommended by a friend after I got a quote from the dealer to replace my front axit boots that gave me a heart attack. They did the work for about 1/2 the cost quoted by the dealer. The owner is an ASE Master Technician. They are very reasonable and don't fix anything that doesn't actually need it.

Very personable owners and mechanics. They recommended fixing a couple extra things at no extra labor charge which were clearly beneficial to me. Very convenient to my work and they happily gave me a ride to and from. They gave me a new customer discount of 15% as well!!

My 2001 Volvo S40 crapped out on me the other morning as I was trying to get to work. I looked on the site here and European Auto Clinic came up with some good reviews, so I had the car towed over there. I told Paul what I thought the problem might be (faulty temp sensor or thermostat), and he put the car on the computer and said he'd get back to me. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER, everything was done, dusted, and sorted. Paul is straightforward and extremely knowledgeable, and Steve was also friendly and helpful. I recommend this shop highly to anyone with a European car. Maybe they'll even be interested in my business later this year, when I succumb to late-stage brain damage and finally buy that Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce I've always wanted.
