Very trusting and competent. Will tell customer when problem is beyond shop's capability prior to work. Frequently allow customer to use repaired car(s) a few days to confirm problem being fixed. Known to take care of small problems @ no charge to regulars. Very loyal customer base, little or no advertising. Word of mouth keeps shop busy. I have been a customer for 12 years, Have been told to take Honda elsewhere (and recommended a good shop)! This is a real "gasoline alley" operation. No computers here!

Always very friendly and deals directly with the problem at hand. My best story is when my brake lights wouldn't work one Holloween Night. I spent a half hour trying to troubleshoot the problem and after checking bulbs, and fuses it was late and I called benson about a half hour before closing and asked if he'd look at it. He said "Bring it over" After another 15 minutes of troubleshooting he said "I'm puzzled, but I've seen a problem like this once or twice before. Those had been the "telemetry module??," the device that detects burnt out bulbs and other circuitry problems, an item that cost about $90 and one he did not carry in stock. But he said he could possibly "jump" the one terminal that connected with the brake light and it would probably solve the problem. That sound great to me, especially since I planned to go "tricker-treating" with my daughter and brake lights sounded like a great accessory for the evening. Benson tore apart the dashboard, found the module, identified the errant terminal in a few minutes and made up a patch jumper wire, which indeed did solve the problem beautifully. And two years later I am still driving safely with brake lights powered through that piece of jumper wire. The cost- $25, a savings o
