They have been very good about telling me work was not really needed, and adviseing me about work that should be done while another repair was being done to save on labor costs. When a mistake was made they were quick to fix it .

After keeping my Carolla for over a week, I can finally pick it up, I drive maybe two miles, car dies . I have exactly the same problem I took the vehicle to them to repair. After another 3-4 days they found the short in a wiring harness that caused the problem in the first place. I warned them the first time I suspected a short due to strange electrical behavior but no they replaced my fuel pump for about $800 and then when that didn't work, fixed the short. Apologies, none, discounts, none. They didn't charge me to tow my car back to the shop though.

I had a strange rattle that I assumed was coming from the transmission as it occurred when the vehicle was in drive. They looked it over and thought they fixed it. I came down, paid the bill and when Dennis drove it out. He acknowledged on his short drive it did not sound as if they had nailed it-sure enough-they did not. I left the vehicle with them-and next day they went over the vehicle again- found the rattle-and fixed it at no charge! A garage willing to first say-looks like we did not get it right, and then repair the problem at no charge-acknowledging their mistake-is one I will recommend to everyone I know. They stand behind their work, are friendly, and take time to discuss repairs with you and let you know what needs to be done and what does not. If you need a repair Trust Chuck's!

They found the problem that had been plaguing me for months. A corroded ground bus, below the drivers side sill plate had been causing the fuel pump to shut off at random times. They fixed it for a reasonable price considering the amount of labor required to troubleshoot.
