I recently had my car tuned up, due to a check engine light, at another repair facility in Everett. After spending $500+ on the repair, my car was returned running worse than it was. After taking it back twice, due to the missing, I was told all of the fuel injectors needed to be replaced, a additonal $450.00 expense. I refused the service and took the car to Walt's for a second opinion. At Walt's an analysis of the vehicle was completed, finding that the number 7 cylinder had an ungapped spark plug. They were extremely considerate explaning the issue to me and repaired the vehicle at minimum cost. Alex in customer service made sure I understood what the issue was what future repairs I might consider. As a result of their outstanding service Walt's has a maintanence customer for life! I can not say enough about how gratiously I was treated!
