There is no other shop I will let touch my car. This shop is very honest, great customer service, and they know what they are doing better than any shop I have ever taken my car to. I had a dealership completely mess my car up and these guys were able to find and fix the problem (quickly), the first time...the dealership couldn't even find the problem after having the car three separate times for the same problem. They're the BEST!

AUTOSYS works on my '95 Nissan PF and does a real good to great job. They have always gotten the job right and are super friendly & courteous. Both at the front desk and the 'doctors' (ie techs) who work under the hood do the job like their job depends on it (duh, it does). I've always been extremely picky about my mechanics whereever I have lived and this is no different. My last car, when I lived in Maryland, lasted 300k+ because of a great mechanic and my dilengence in keeping up on normal maint (i.e. brakes, fluids, filters, plugs, etc.) Before moving to WA I had replaced that 300+k mile 240sx with the PF and I now have 100k on that. I expect it to last 300k miles as well and have no doubt it will with Autosys expertise. The shop just expanded so to provide even better service & attract more ASE top techs. Though they are not the least expensive mechanics in the neighborhood realize that they use top quality parts which cost $ in any industry. They are very fair price-wise compared to the great parts, labor, & customer service they perform. Parts can be pricey (especially for my 95' truck) but they downright FIT perfectly and that saves time on the lift along with saving me repeat visits later on. A "pay me now or pay me later" scenario so I vote for genuine OEM parts. Let's face it the last thing I want to be riding with is second rate parts while passing though the mountain passes (or even locally). C'mon it's my car and I depend on it like nothing else (that is, other than my dependable dog). Would you choose a surgeon for your own health based on being the least expensive? I rest my case. As far as customer service goes, they are top notch there as well. I live about 7 miles from them. Though I could use that 7 mile walk to lose a few pounds they have no problem picking me up at my house to pick the truck up afterwards. Without this sservice I would not be able to use them no matter how good the techs are. They have after hours drop off of course as well. I highly recommend Autosys (and no, I am not related in any way, shape, or form to them). Mitch Redmond WA

Highly recommend them for your brake and muffler work. Take your major repairs to a shop that specializes in your make.
