Randy repaired my motor home, replacing engine (short block, obtained from Spokane rebuilder) two years ago. He did a good job and added oil pressure gauge, at my request, and made delivery on time despite late delivery from Spokane of the engine. On Memorial day weekend (Thursday actually - I was the advance party to secure a campsite) the vehicle overheated and was towed, unannounced except for my last minute phone call, to his shop arriving at 4:30PM. He dropped every- thing and quickly determined that the head gasket had blown, but was concerned that the head might have cracked to lead to this condition. He loaned me his personal truck and arranged for a motel room, which he paid for, and commenced his evenings work, although his day normally ends at 5:00PM. He devised a mechanic's test for the head then replaced the head gasket, and had the vehicle running at 10:00AM. After the test drive he delivered the vehicle to me at 10:30AM - NO CHARGE! I didn't know there were still people in business with this kind of sence of responsibility! A superior mechanic and a good guy!
