They were really helpful and made me feel at ease when I initially brought my car there. I was impressed with the amount of thank you letters and wish-you-well notes lining one wall. They were also very careful to be sure I had read and understood what was going to be fixed, and the price of fixing it before they ever started the work (something that I've noticed is all-too-often forgotten at many repair shops). I've moved away now, so I have to find a new shop to take my Subaru to, but I will miss this company. They even send out holiday and birthday cards, and having worked retail my entire life, I really appreciate the extra thought; it makes me feel they really care about their customers getting good service (and coming back for it!)

Dave Trottner is always very helpful. Unfortunately, mechanics is not one of my strong suits. I depend on Dave to help me keep my car on the road. He is thorough and does a great job.
