They fixed our intermittent stalling problem the first time! A local dealership looked at it, charged 2/3 of what Len's charged to fix it and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Another shop recommended replacing the fuel pump (for about $300 p&l) and seeing if that solved the problem. Len's cleaned the throttle plate & idle air controller motor & solved the problem for under $100. They also helped me find the bad turn signal flasher in my truck. (The location of the emergency flasher was obvious. The turn signal flasher was a bit more out-of-the- way.)

Went in with a truck that had trouble starting. I had been fighting this problem for a while and just didn't have time to diagnose it anymore. Seemed like an electrical system problem and they eventually narrowed it down to faulty battery cable connections. They cleaned it up and it ran fine for about a month. Then I had the same problem again. They found they had forgotten to coat one connection to prevent corrosion. They fixed that and had no more problems and didn't charge me for the second fix. Wish they had done it right the first time but they were upfront about it. They also did some other maintenance work while they were checking things the first time for a great price. Probably will use them again as they were upfront and open and explained everything I asked about.

I have taken my old Ford there, which is a gold for a mechanic. I always have a feeling that only the things that need fixing get fixed. Last time, in addition to a half a dozen other problems (what do you want: it's a Ford), I insisted that they do a tune up with the engine loosing power and making a funny noise. They did not: said did not need it but that I should dump a couple of bottles of fuel injector cleaner in the tank and start bying a better grade of gas. Did not charge me anything for it but patiently listened to me complain that they did not do what I asked for. Well, guess what? I did what they said and the car runs like new. Thank you, Len's!
