I can't say enough wonderful things about Tony at Heritage Toyota in South Burlington. My Prius had something very weird happening to it while I was on vacation in VT. and my regular mechanics at Lexington Toyota in Lexington MA said that the problem might indicate a dangerous situation with the Prius battery (the display screen and CD/radio were both cutting in and out and not responding to prompts). I called South Burlington Toyota and Tony said, bring it immediately. He provided us with an easy rental car and shepherded me through what it would take to repair it. He was responsive to every question, was easily accessible by phone, and, finally, helped me out with the bill both b/c of my extended warrantee and because he went to bat for me with Toyota to help with the rental car payments. He was unfailingly polite, competent, easy to reach, and delightful. This is indeed the fun part!! The work itself was also excellent and my car has worked fine since it was serviced there. The facilities for waiting are very cool. They obviously care about their customers.
