I have had 2 cars breakdown and towed to Automaster. Even though there schedule is full they have made every effort to repair within a week. I purchased one car that had a leaky trunk and even though it took a long time to ensure it was repaired (weather was not cooperating) they worked until WE were satisfied and at minimum cost to us. everyone in the shop is very hospitable. great bunch of people to problem solve with.

They always have gone out of their way to ensure I or my wife is happy with their work. now that Shelburne Road is repaired it will be easier to get into/out of the dealership.

They have the nicest waiting room of any dealership or repair garage I've been to. Leather sofas, fireplace, piano, internet access, automobilia decor; not a bad place to spend an hour or two waiting for repairs. As for service, they are thorough but don't try to hit you up for unnecessary repairs. The initial estimate often includes parts they think may need replacing, but if it turns out the components are in acceptable condition, they won't replace 'em just to make a buck.

The labor cost significantly more than the parts.

This dealership has failed my wife and I every time we have brought our car in for service over the 3 and 1/2 years we have owned the car. Either they can not find the problem and need many, many appointments until they can diagnose and repair the problem, or they tell you a repair will take all day, and then when they know the car still won't be ready (I dropped off the car the night before!!!, they had it ALL DAY) they can't be bothered to call you to tell you there is a problem. As the old saying goes, shame on me for trusting that maybe this time would be different, but no, 2 hours later I finally make it home on public transportation because these jerks can't possible spare a loaner to get home that night. Thank god it's summer time and not raining today. I wouldn't advise anyone buy or service a car at this dealership, they only care about getting your money upfront, after that they don't want to know you. Run, walk, drive or use a tow-truck to go to another dealership!!!! Stay away from these jerks.
