The guys at Junction Subee are super friendly and helpful. The offer complete repair of Subarus and used parts are often available if neccesary. They have a towing service and are their hourly rate is relatively low ($34). Their depth of knowledge can also be probed for this little problems you might think you can fix yourself. If you live in Vermont these guys are good to know since even a Subaru needs TLC once in a while.

One time my wife went there and told the mechanic our car was making a funny thumping noise that might be a problem with the suspension. When she went back in the afternoon, he said we just had a bad tire and he had replaced it with one he had laying around that was better and charged $35 (and we had used one of their loaner cars for the day!).

Jim and Don are the best! They have fixed my legacy wagon over the last 7 years and have always been honest and inexpensive. The only reason I would buy another subaru is so that I could take it to them for repairs. They go out of their way to keep costs down and always get my car back to me by the appointed time.

Don, Jim, Ty and everyone has always been above and beyond in their levels of customer satisfaction. My family and I have been with Junction for 12 + years and we have never found a better auto center. Don is a dream come true for auto repairs- always honest, always available, always fair. Don will take all of the time it takes to help his clients. Even when I was broken down in the swamps of the South, he talked me through a quick fix that got me to the next place (in a friend's car bought somewhere else!) He is a local legend and has gone the extra distance. That’s what separates Don and Junction from the pack. Thank you Junction.

Junction Auto Center is the place to bring your car. I have driven Subarus for 18 years and have done business with several other garages. JAC is by far the best. Everyone is very helpful and they are honest. I have sent many friends and relatives to see them and all have been very pleased. I bought my present car from them and will continue be a customer for a long time to come.

Don's son is now working with them too, and is already clueful and friendly. I've used them for repairs to 2 Subarus and purchased one from them. Both my Subees were over 100,000 when I bought them, so naturally things needed some repair. Most recently, they replaced a catalytic converter for less than I was expecting, and were able to use used parts for some of the other stuff I needed. Their loaner policy is the best in the area. The hourly labor rates did rise from that 1998 post -- more than $34 now, though still under $50 if I recall correctly.

I have now bought 2 Subaru's from Don, and my first car has lasted 14 years, and at 160,000 miles, and still running strong. He and his staff are always couterious, return phone calls, and explain things thourighly. I will be back to buy my 3rd car from them as well

I recently moved away from Vermont, and the thing I miss most is my garage. Don & his crew are awesome! As a female customer, who does know a thing or two about cars - it's nice to be treated as such. I was a customer of Junction Auto for almost 12 years, and never had a bad experience. Always a fair price, never work done that I questioned if it needed to be done, flexible hours to accomodate busy schedules, loaner cars, GREAT service, always spoken to with respect, all questions answered & explained. I know, a bit over the top - and I'm not even related! I have yet to find a garage in my new location that a trust as much as Junction Auto.

MY CAR CAME BACK STINKING OF BEER AND CIGARETTES--I took my car in for what was supposed to be a one-day repair. (They have me a loaner car that stank of poopy baby diapers.) It took three days more days to get my car back. Each day it was "the part will be here this morning. Call at about 3 o'clock and I'll tell you when to pick it up." But for three days I got the runaround. On the fourth day I got my car back, it smelled of beer and cigarettes. I don't smoke and I don't drink. I've never gone back to these people. I've talked to about 20 other Subaru owners locally about this place and no one has a good thing to say. Several people remembered the aromatic loaner vehicle too.
