Reggie has been GREAT at keeping my old Toyota going. When he evaluates for an estimate, he takes into account the age, condition, and value of the vehicle and offers options. For instance: "I could fix this the Toyota would do it, and it would only cost you $X less than the dealer's repair. And that repair will far outlast the rest of your van. Or we can just do this with parts here in the shop and it will only cost you $x, and that should take care of you and get you on the road again." His repairs have always been good. I put 1000 miles per week on some old vehicles, so with Reggie doing my maintenance, I've seen him a lot. The only problem I had was with a new tire I got from him. It was a good name, but the tire was flawed in manufacture (I did get a second opinion on this because I'd never heard of such a thing). In fact, the tire was flawed and Reggie replaced it as soon as I dropped it off. He's very honest, and he and his shop are very hard-working.
