They're good with American and Japanese cars, not so much with European ones. I definitely detected a bias against my Volkswagen, but I couldn't tell if it was because I grew up with one of the mechanics who works there. That very well may have been part of it! Anyway, I found that they had a hard time diagnosing some electrical problems that I had with my Volkswagen. They have repaired my Ford Explorer and my Toyota Tercel a bunch of times though, with no issues. I would definitely recommend them, they're very honest. However, if you have a Volkswagen with weird problems, take it to a dealer.

They did a complicated repair on my Chevy S-10, and, as a favor to me, held the vehicle for several weeks before I was able to pick it up. Always courteous, professional and reasonable.

We have a newer car and an old one. For the old one, they always offer cheaper, but less permanent fixes. They are very trustworthy.
