Most shops in the Yorktown area are very expensive and sometimes recomend additional unneeded repairs. These guys are very honest and very reasonable in their pricing. They don't have the capabilities to do engine or head rebuilds but can perform most general as well as brakes, shocks and tuneups. Service quotes average 20% - 30% less than francise service shops in the area. I was very pleased with my repair experience and highly recomend this shop.

I have dealt with the staff at Cliff's for years, mostly small repairs. They have always impressed me with their honesty and friendly attitude.
