Dennis Massey just started working there in September 2000 after working at Saturn of Va. Beach for almost 10 years and has been fixing cars for over 30 years, so he has quite a bit of knowledge. He is a very honest technician and has a following of customers. I don't think anyone who takes his car there to be repaired will be disappointed.

I have used their service on several ocasions for repairs ane was always very satisified with the work done. They were cheaper than car dealers. During one problem that the chevrolet dealer told me would cost several hundred $$ i went to Pauls and told me that is was only condensation from the temperature and weather conditions. When the weather changed the condition went away. Recently I had an electrical problem I couldn't locate and took my truck there. Dennis asked if he could help me with anything. I told himm the problem and he said as soon as he directed another vehicle on a rack he would help me. He found a blown fuse and only charged $1 for the fuse. I offered him a $5 tip and he refused. That to me ment more than anything to show how honest they are.

Having always gone to the same auto shop for 7 years, when I moved to Virginia Beach and quickly came to the realization that I couldn't drive 150 miles to get my car serviced. Paul's is the next best thing. Since I am usually the one to take my husband and I's cars to be serviced, it was important to me that I not feel taken advantage of. Paul's is great- the prices are 100% reasonable, they are trustworthy, and do great work. Definitely recommend.
