I met the owner, Tony Muller, over 15 years ago when he worked at another automotive repair facility in the area. Tony branched out and bought his own shop in Vienna, Va. a couple of years ago and I continue to bring my cars to him at his new location. Tony has always explained to me in "normal" terms what was wrong with my vehicle and I have been extremely happy with the service that I recieve from him. As a woman, I appreciate the fact that he doesn't speak to me like I am an idiot! I have sent many of my co-workers, family members and friends to his facility because I know that he will do right by them. His shop is clean and right in the heart of Vienna, which is nice. I highly recommend PT Auto Experts for anyone in the Northern Virginia area.

This shop is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and fully competent. This is the most honest mechanic you can find in the Northern Virginia area. This shop is highly recommended for all makes and models of cars.

I am a single female that has lived in the DC area for 7 years and this is the first shop that I have found that I have confidence and trust in their work and their word. I've had my 2 Mercedes in for repair and in both cases they completed the repairs professionally and at a very reasonable price. In one case I had been told my AC needed total replacement and would cost $1400.00 plus. This shop repaired leaks in hoses and repaired for under $400.00. That was in May and my AC is still going strong. They do not talk down to female customers. 2 thumbs way up!

We took our 2006 Mazda5 to the dealer for a state safety inspection and 40,000 miles service and got sticker shock when they told us there were close to $2000 worth of repairs to be made. We sought a second opinion from this garage. We provided the list of work items, but no price; they agreed with most of the diagnosis, but not with one that was the biggest amount of money. They also pointed out a problem in the wear of the tires that the dealership did not even bring up. They are likely going to become our go- to guys for this car!
