Absolutely the most honest garage I have been to. Its a little bit messy, but that is just a sign of having too many manuals, catalogs, books on cars, etc. If you have a VW, AUDI, or Porsche, go nowhere else..

Mark and his super cool wife, Sandra, are two cool kids to meet. I highly recommend visiting their shop, Salem Imports, if you own any kind of VW! It doesn't matter if you don't need any repairs on your vehicle--check this place out!

The dealer could not solve our problem. They were leaning toward fuel injectors. They changed ignition coils three times, because they were covered under warranty, not because they needed changing. Mark at Salem found the PCV valve was causing oil to bleed on engine and a bad temp sensor which caused the engine to run rough. The dealer might have had all the equipment to diagnose the problem but when the help uses the repair manual for toilet paper, you know you are in for it. Mark also did go work for our daughter and son-in-law.
