The Ford dealer said I had a "mouse in the plenum", said they SAW the nest, and they quoted me $600 to get it cleaned out because they would have had to go through a difficult entry to get to it. Bob over at 5th Street Automotive said he found a bunch of leaves in there, not a nest, and he cleaned it out and deodorized the smoke smell from the car and air vents for $90. They have also worked on my Nissan. They changed the starter and it solved the problem of the car just deciding not to start some times and not other times. They replaced a door hinge on my Ford. I am buying a beater car for my daughter at college, they looked at it and checked it out for free. I am buying them some big ole burgers tomorrow for their lunch to thank them (my idea). SO rare to find an honest car place, SO appreciated. I am of the female persuasion, and they always tell or show me the problem, very open and friendly. They were recommended by a neighbor. I hope they don't get too popular from this recommendation to where I can't get my cars in when needed! --Mrs. Young

My aunt gave me a Cadillac Catera, and Bob Thurman always takes good care of it, is very honest, and has reasonable prices.
