We have taken our cars to Ray's since they opened. He has always done the work quickly, cheaply (relativly), and well. We recommend all of our friends go to Ray, and have never been disappointed.

For 12 years I've been looking for a place to take my auto where they will be honest, competent, not take advantage of the fact that I am a woman, and I don't know, or care to know, a thing about cars. It took a new used Jeep that went very bad, a nearby dealership that did NOT posess these qualities, and strong recommendations from several Henrico County police officers, to try Ray Tuck's Auto. This place has been great! It took a couple of trys to find out what was wrong w/ my Jeep, but it was finally fixed. With the final servicing, Ray felt so bad that the problem had not been fixed the time before that he didn't charge me for one of the parts & didn't charge me for any of the labor.

My wife & I recommend Ray Tuck's to anyone who will listen, and check with them first for anything we need. I have made the mistake of offering my own useless opinions when I bring the car in, and they pass up the chance to make boat payments by returning accurate information. They keep both my jalopy, and my wife's car, running well.
