Christian run business. When my son took his Saturn to them for alternator replacement last week, they looked up in their records and found that they had replaced the alternator 18 months ago. They looked up the warrenty on the alternator and replaced it free (labor only) as it was still in the part warrenty period. I have had similar experience. They have on occassion told me that since I had kept vehicle up that they were able to easily remove a part and replace it in well under the book time that they had quoted so they only charged me the time ( 1 hr) it actually took instead of the book rate (2.5 hr). Only complaint I had was when I was trying to eek out another 6 mo in my 86 Olds which was 14 years old and had 220K miles on it, they wanted to bring it back to mint condition instead of just fixing the item I had asked for. But I actually like that in a mechanic.
