Well, when you walk into the Lobby, you're more than likely to see friends there having cars worked on. You can sit and "chew the fat" with your good pals while your oil is changed. If you sit in the chosen seat, and your a "regular", Junior will activate the remote control "flatulence device". Dave Sr. will go out of his way to give you a ride, find a part, or do whats nessesary to make your day better. They are in the process of buiding a new shop at a second location, and if you ask nice, they'll set you up with a reserved parking space.(just kidding) And where else can you get a free bumper sticker that says" My Mechanic is a FINK!" Stop by and tell them howdy and get a tune-up special with free coffee!

I've been to them for a number of different problems and they have always been friendly, responsive and go out of their way to explain the situation to me. They do not try to over sell and don't fix won't ain't broke. They have a quick turnaround and great deal of loyalty from their customers. I generally don't trust repair shops but I do trust these guys. Since I own a 1999 Mustang with 190,000 miles on it, that's real important to me.
