- Joyce Koons Honda recently replaced the hybrid battery in my 2003 Civic hybrid for free--No Hassles! I didn't buy the car from them yet I got prompt, pleasant service. I'd taken the car to the dealer where I bought it and was rudely told that it would cost be at least $2,000. They weren't nice and I won't return there. We've taken our cars to Koons other maintenance issues and they've always been great. I trust them.
