Both my children attend university in Lynchburg, and they have both had work done at this shop, and I have been very pleased with the work done. They are especially good about explaining to my daughter (a nurse) what work is needed and what can be postponed. I am a mechanic myself and know that they are competent and honest.

Based on the recommendation on this site, I used Jimmy today to inspect a car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. I made the appointment yesterday for 10 AM. He took the car right in at that time. Jimmy was very thorough - took the car for a test drive first, then went over it very carefully. He described in detail to me what he'd learned about the condition of the car & suggested what I may want to have done in the near future if I purchased it. In addition, the price he charged was a bargain. He has several mechanics working for him in a very neat shop. I was very impressed. I'd use him again anytime. P.S. - I bought the car...
