  • Tom Copsetta is a generalist. If he has a specialty, it's American cars. Tom has been my husband's mechanic for at least 25 years. He tries to take cars there, sometimes has cars towed there, even though we live 60 miles away. "He's one of the two best mechanics I've known in 71 years," my husband says, and he's has lots of old cars in iffy condition. Some of the best cars we've had have come from Tom. He rebuilt the engine and clutch on an 86 Honda that had 400k miles on it and rebuilt the carburetor on a 1950s John Deere tractor for a sister.
