This is a dealership. Their mechanics seem to be competent. Its their customer service that needs improvement. On three different occasions they have inadequately communicated the results of their work to me. In each case I showed up to pick up my vehicle and was directed to the cashier cage to pay and get my keys without any explanation of the bill, etc. Luckily, in two cases I happened to run into a Mr. Ken Gilbert who saw I was confused and in distress. He was the only employee who took the time to examine my bill, explain it to me and actually found billing errors where they overcharged me. One of the mistakes was for $300! The only reason I am contemplating returning to this dealership for work on my Hybrid Camry is because I will always use Ken Gilbert and ignore the other customer service employees. In all fairness, I have not found any problems with the quality of their mechanical service and in each case Ken Gilbert fixed the situation. However, I don't think customers should have to work so hard to get their bill explained!
