It is always a blessing when you find a skilled mechanic that you can trust. We have been so blessed to find that in Buddy Apperson & his shop at Burke Auto Service Experts!

Brought my car here twice. Once for an oil change. Was called an hour later stating even though the sticker said it was time, my oil looked great and it was not necessary. Second time was for a check engine light. Was called, given the diagnosis and the high and low estimate. I was given both, because in essence I needed a tuneup but the previous mechanic from another shop put the wrong spark plugs in and might have damaged the coils. That met the low estimate. Just needed a tuneup. Also, told me when my car was on the lift they saw my CV Shaft boot was torn, but I do not need to service it just yet. Just a heads up. I like them because they are quick, competent and don't try to sell you more than what you are in there for.

I had an appointment for Thursday morning and dropped car off on Wednesday evening. At 11:45am, Thursday, I had no status, so I called to check. The car was not yet in the shop. At 2:00pm, they called to confirm the work to be done. At 4:30pm, I called to check status and was told it would be complete at 6:00pm. Went to pickup car at 6:30pm and was told that the AC lines had leaks and needed replacement but that they did not have an account to obtain the parts. They completed the repair using the bad parts and charged me $200 plus for the non repair. Be very careful dealing with these folks and have plenty of time.

My family has been taking cars/vans to Buddy Epperson for over 23 years and we've never had a bad experience. The entire crew (owner, admin folks, and mechanics)are completely professional, very friendly, and truly interested in solving your automotive problems as efficiently as possible. Several years ago, I had a brake job done at the local Lincoln dealership and found that the car continued to pull to the side on braking. Bear, the brake mechanic at Burke Auto Service Experts, found that the dealer had done the job badly and fixed it for me on the spot for no charge--they treat customers like family. Over the years the shop kept our family's Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, Chevy, old Lincoln, and two Dodge vans running safely. Currently, it is continuing the outstanding performance on our Lincoln, Explorer, and Hyundai. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
