Good guys, honest and down to earth. The shop owners, Jeff and Juel, take the time to explain what is going on, fixing the part while keeping the whole car in mind. Great prices especially for scheduled maintenance .vs the dealership. even talked me through flushing my own coolant, saving me $75.

The guys at the Bug Shop are great! They have been servicing our cars and trucks (a total of 5 through the years) for the last 10 years. They find the problem, fix it, and don't charge an arm and a leg. Often they will give me a ride home after I drop my car there, and several times they just bring it back home and leave it there for me when it's ready. I do live only a mile or two from the shop, but still, it takes them two people and the time involved to do it, and it really helps me a ton. They just leave the receipt under the mat for me, and I call the next day with my credit card number, or stop by to write them a check. Amazing! They do excellent work and I trust them completely.

These guys do great work. They are personable, knowledgeable and always in a good frame of mind. I have been going to the Bug Shop for 15 years, and at the age of 70, this is the first repair shop that I fairly often have to say, "You must have made a mistake on this bill; it is too low". And the bills are usually lower than expected.
